Hi, I’m Dr. Vanessa Gill. With over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every session. My background spans outpatient addiction treatment, counseling agencies, and community mental health settings; each shaping my understanding of how people change, cope, and grow.
I hold a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and master’s degrees in Counseling and Educational Psychology. This blend of academic and clinical training allows me to offer evidence-based care with empathy and insight. My goal is to help clients strengthen resilience, build healthier relationships, and move toward meaningful change.
My approach is client-centered and non-judgmental, creating an environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism.
For those navigating relationship challenges, my Level 1 certification in the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) allows me to offer specialized, neuroscience-informed support tailored to couples’ unique dynamics. Whether you’re seeking individual counseling or relationship guidance, I’m here to help you build stronger connections, heal from past patterns, and create a more fulfilling life. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your mental health journey with consistency and compassion.

I believe life is a continuous journey of self-discovery and growth. My commitment is to walk alongside clients and counselors-in-training as they uncover their strengths, embrace change, and move toward their fullest potential with clarity and confidence.
